DIRECTIONS & SUGGESTED USAGE

• Silky Smooth Makeup Foundations: Organic Cocoa Butter is often used in all-natural makeup formulations for its emollient properties and ability to add a smooth, creamy texture. As a guideline, Cocoa Butter is typically used in smaller quantities compared to other ingredients in makeup foundation formulations (about 5-10%). It’s typically blended with other oils, waxes, and emollients to achieve the desired consistency and performance. We strongly recommend small-scale lab testing prior to commercial manufacturing.
• Indulgent Skin Care: Incorporate 5–20% Organic Cocoa Butter into your lotions and creams for a touch of luxury. For easy blending, gently warm the butter until it melts, then use a hand blender to create a smooth mixture.
• These Balms are the Bomb: Organic Cocoa Butter can be used on its own or you can add any concentration to achieve the desired consistency for soothing and moisturizing balms. Experiment with the concentration to find the perfect balance for your skin or product line.

Shelf Life: This butter should be kept in a cool dark place and has a shelf-life of 1 year when stored properly.

Cautions: Overheating this product will impact its delicate fragrance. Please melt at as low a heat as possible while stirring gently, and use as soon as it is melted.
