This article highlights what can be achieved with natural homemade recipes that use the advantages of Oregano Essential Oil.
USING OREGANO OIL IN A DIFFUSER OR ROOM SPRAY - TO FIGHT GERMS & ENERGIZE
When used in aromatherapy, Oregano Essential Oil can boost the immune system and improve the efficiency of the respiratory tract by loosening up and eliminating a buildup of mucus and phlegm. It can also soothe throat irritation to suppress coughing fits. Its calming and relaxing effects make it an effective sleep aid when diffused in the bedroom.
Anti-allergenic and sedative, Oregano Oil reduces bodily reactions to allergens and airborne pollutants that cause inflammation, such as pollen and mold. Due to its Carvacrol content, which exhibits anti-inflammatory properties, Oregano Oil can relieve swelling, itching, sneezing, and congestion. Flu and general sickness symptoms may diminish when Oregano Oil is inhaled. As a stimulant, Oregano Essential Oil is known to boost circulation, invigorate body and mind, and thus ease fatigue.
