International Customers

New Directions Aromatics is a wholesale distributor serving soap and candle producers, spa owners, and the cosmetics industry. Our Head Office and Warehouse is located in Toronto, Canada, and all international orders are shipped from this location.

To place an order as an International Customer, you must register a Business Account on the New Directions Aromatics USA website.  To ensure you are on the USA website, please check for the American flag in the upper right-hand corner of the webpage.  Alternatively, you may check that the URL you are on contains ".com" rather than ".ca".  For more information on how to create a Business Account, please click HERE.

Before an International Order can be confirmed, the order details must first be submitted as a Quote.  For more information on how to submit a Quote, please click HERE.  Please note that the minimum quote value for International Customers is USD $1000 and payments must be made via wire transfer. 

Shipping quotes can be provided or customers can arrange for their own courrier.  Some products may be classified as dangerous goods due to their volatility. In such cases, we will prepare the shipment in accordance with D.G. Air aviation rules and regulations, which may incur additional charges.
