DESCRIPTION
Once dismissed as a mere weed, the Castor plant underwent a profound transformation. Evolving from an unassuming presence to a botanical marvel, it earned the moniker "Palma Christi" or "the Palm of Christ”, symbolizing its newfound significance.
Castor Oil gained prominence in the holistic world, thanks to Edgar Casey, often hailed as the "Father of Holistic Medicine." Casey's advocacy for the oil's healing properties, both internally and externally, catapulted Castor Oil into the limelight. Expeller pressed from the seeds of the Ricinus communis plant, this rich emollient has been revered as a natural remedy for a myriad of ailments from ancient Ayurvedic practices to traditional Chinese medicine.
Today, Castor Carrier Oil remains a staple, integrating historical practices into contemporary skincare routines.
