DESCRIPTION
Naturally rich in vitamins and minerals, our Goat's Milk Melt and Pour Soap Base is a gentle, highly moisturizing formula that takes the guess work out of creating bar soaps. Fresh goat's milk is abundant in butterfat and Vitamin E, which gives this soap base a creamy, smooth texture, while Glycerin acts as a natural emollient that replenishes lost moisture in the skin. Free of artificial colors and fragrances, this formula possesses a gentle lather that is ideal for sensitive skin types.
Please note that the Goat's Milk Soap may not lather as well as other soap bases. This is due to a natural chemical process, and it does not undermine the effectiveness of the product.

Quick Start Guide
Important Note: Customers may notice some white film at the bottom of this soap base. This is due to the Titanium drop and it is not a quality issue. This is a very common issue with some of the opaque soap bases. The white pigment (titanium dioxide) can drop within the soap base as it cools. Simply cut the block of the soap base from top to bottom in an even cross-section, then re-melt, and mix. This way the white (titanium dioxide) pigment will be even throughout the finished soap bar.
Caution: When making soaps it is good to remember that the Melt & Pour Bases contain water as part of the formula. So if they are left exposed to the atmosphere, the water will evaporate and the bar of soap will shrink. We would recommend fully wrapping the ENTIRE soap bar as soon as it is poured and cooled--this should minimize/eliminate any shrinkage.
