DESCRIPTION
Aloe Vera captures the spirit of nature in all its green goodness. Our Aloe Vera Juice Raw Material is not the juice (Latex) from the plant (original Aloe Barbadensis Miller) itself but rather a juice derived from the plant’s gel. First, the outer leaf rind is stripped away, then the Aloe Latex rinsed off, then the inner fillets de-pulped. This results in a thin liquid, which contains the naturally cloudy juice of the plant. Because the resultant product is not filtered, it retains all the fibre and particles of the leaf fillet, allowing the juice to retain a full-bodied, tangy, fresh aroma.
Aloe Vera is well respected as a moisturizing agent. Rich in Vitamin B complex, Folic Acid, Vitamin C, and Carotene (a precursor of Vitamin A), it is already being commercially used in soaps, creams, lotions, and other cosmetics. While the juice is safe for direct application to the skin, it should not be confused with a gel. It is also important to note that it can spoil and become contaminated with microorganisms if not properly stored and used in combination with a preservative system.

DIRECTIONS & SUGGESTED USAGE
- Sunny Sidekick: To create a hydrating ointment to soothe sunburned skin, mix 2 tbsp of Aloe Vera Juice, 2 tbsp of Coconut Carrier Oil, and 3 drops of Lavender Essential Oil either in a food processor or by whisking with a fork until well combined. Apply gently to sunburned areas, leaving on the skin as long as possible. Store any leftover ointment in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Stir well if the mixture hardens before next use. Patch test to ensure skin compatibility.
- Quick and Easy Moisturizer: To make a fast-absorbing moisturizer, combine 4 tbsp Aloe Vera Juice, 1 tsp Vegetable Glycerin, ½ tsp Argan Carrier Oil, and ¼ tsp Watermelon Seed Carrier Oil in an amber dropper bottle. Add 4 drops each of Tea Tree and Lavender Essential Oil, then shake well. After cleansing and drying your face, apply 3 drops of the serum to your palms, rub together, and gently massage onto your skin. Suitable for oily skin, it can be used before makeup or after shaving.
- Regenerative Blend: Mix 3 drops of Tea Tree Essential Oil with 3 tsp of Aloe Vera Juice. Apply the blend to acne-prone areas of the face as an overnight mask. Rinse off in the morning. Repeat nightly to promote skin regeneration. Conduct a skin test prior to use.
- Fresh Face Mask: To make a moisturizing face mask that promotes firm-looking skin, mix equal parts Aloe Vera Juice, Glycerol, Water, and Ground Oat Flakes until paste-like. Apply a thin layer, leave on for 5 minutes, then rinse with cool water. This can help promote a youthful complexion.
- Hydrating Hair Mask: Mix ½ cup Aloe Vera Juice and 2 tbsp of preferred carrier oil. Section hair and apply the mask evenly. Leave it on for 20 minutes, then shampoo and condition. It’s important to use this oil cautiously and ensure proper dilution to prevent potential skin irritation.
- Natural After-Shave: Aloe Vera Juice is a widely recognized shaving gel alternative for most areas needing hair removal, excluding sensitive ones. Apply it post-shave for soothing effects.
- Palm Freshness: Combine ½ cup Aloe Vera Juice and ¼ cup Alcohol in a spray bottle. Add 3 drops of preferred essential oil for scent, cap the bottle, and shake well. Spray onto palms, massage like regular hand sanitizer. Conduct a skin test prior to use.
