Globally, countries like the United States, Canada, Mexico, and China are major producers of pumpkins for both agricultural and commercial purposes. 

Rich in antioxidants, vitamins A, B2, C, and E, iron, copper, manganese, and fiber, pumpkins have been a staple in diets for centuries. The seeds, or pepitas, are flat and oval, sought after for their nutrient-packed profile. Cold-pressed pumpkin seed oil is extracted from these nutrient-dense seeds. DIRECTIONS AND SUGGESTED USAGE 

• Moisturizing Face Serum: After cleansing, dispense a few drops of Pumpkin Seed Organic Carrier Oil onto your fingertips and gently pat and massage onto towel-dried skin. Follow with your favorite moisturizer. 

• Intensive Hair Mask: Combine Pumpkin Seed Organic Oil with your preferred conditioner and apply the mixture to damp hair, focusing on the ends. Leave on for 20-30 minutes before rinsing thoroughly. 

• Soothing Massage Experience: Warm up to 5 drops of Pumpkin Seed Organic Oil between your palms and apply to the skin in long, sweeping motions. The subtle nutty aroma enhances relaxation, while its soothing properties may provide relief to sore muscles and joints.
