WHY CHOOSE NATUREWAX?

Improved Fragrance: Superior fragrance-holding qualities produce candles with a pleasing scent that attracts consumers and stimulates impulse purchases at the point of sale. Plus, they throw their aroma further when burning, which fosters increased customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.

Better Value: Candles made with NatureWax waxes burn slower and last longer than paraffin, giving consumers more value for their candle dollars.

Proven Performance: NatureWax waxes will perform superbly on your existing manufacturing equipment, so you can take advantage of natural candle market opportunities, without major investments in new equipment.

Improved Pour: The consistent performance of NatureWax products lets you produce candles with a single pour—for higher output with less labor.

Less Energy: The unique formulation of NatureWax products enables you to produce at lower temperatures, reducing your energy costs from handling, melting, storage and pouring.

FEATURES AND BENEFITS

Cost-Effective: Beeswax is a great natural alternative to paraffin, but to get the same results as a soy-based candle, it is very expensive. Soy wax is a new alternative to paraffin wax that is cost-effective. Soy wax is also made from a renewable source.

All Natural: Soy wax is a favorite of environmentally conscious people because it is not made from petroleum, like paraffin candles. Burning of soy candles does not increase the CO2 level in the atmosphere.

Long-Lasting: They can last up to 50% longer than paraffin candles.

Less Soot Production: Soot is very unhealthy for the air we breathe and can even coat furniture and walls. Soy candles produce about 90% less soot that paraffin candles.

More Fragrance Distribution: The incorporation of soybean oil lowers the melting point of the candles, which translates into cooler burning candles and faster scent dispersion. The lower melting point of soy wax results in a larger size of the liquid wax pool around the candle wick. It is from this liquid wax pool that the essential oils evaporate into the atmosphere.

DESCRIPTION

An all-natural blend of soybean oil and other soy-based additives, the NATUREWAX C-3 Soy Container Wax is a cost-effective and sustainable choice for producing stunning candles with an exceptional fragrance load. The soybeans are harvested, cleaned, cracked, de-hulled, and rolled into flakes. The oil is then extracted from the flakes, while any leftover flakes are used for animal feed. Unlike its paraffin counterpart, soy wax does not pollute the air while burning and is less likely to trigger allergic reactions. Soy wax is 100% plant-based and can be regrown after being harvested, leaving a smaller ecological footprint during production.

The NATUREWAX C-3 Soy wax blend has been improved to boast a professional formula with further scent throw, longer-lasting burn time, a melting point between 125-130 degrees Fahrenheit, greater fragrance load, and a 50% longer shelf life than paraffin candles. NATUREWAX C-3 Soy is also an excellent choice for candle creation due to its seamless jar adhesion and minimal frosting, making it ideal for professional chandlers.

DIRECTIONS AND SUGGESTED USAGE

1. Melting and Pouring: Measure wax per your recipe. Melt gradually using a double boiler or microwave and pour at recommended temperature.

2. Fragrance Addition: Add essential or fragrance oil at 6-10% of wax weight. Stir thoroughly for even distribution.

3. Wick Placement: Center and secure wick in the container.

4. Pouring and Cooling: Pour melted wax into the container. Allow to cool completely before moving.

5. Candle Maintenance: Trim wick before each use. Burn for 1-4 hours at a time. Keep away from drafts and flammables.

Safety Precautions:

  • Work in a ventilated area.
  • Store wax in a cool, dry place.
  • Follow general candle-making safety guidelines.

Please note: To ensure optimal performance, we strongly recommend first-time users conduct a test run on a small batch before using the wax in full-scale production. For more information, please click here for the Handling Sheet.

Caution: Do not use copper or brass tools or containers when working with soy wax, as the copper and brass will discolor the wax.
